Qualifications

• Three years of teaching experience with some elementary experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid Indiana Building Level Administrator certification.
• Strong planning, administrative, supervisory, analytical, computer, organizational, accountability, and oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate student behavior functions at the assigned school site.
• Oversee student supervision, expulsions, and manifestation determinations.
• Review and implement student management plans based on discipline data.
• Assist faculty with interpreting discipline data and classroom management strategies.
• Lead MTSS behavior supports from Tier I to III and supervise related staff.
• Hire, supervise and plan professional learning and evaluate personnel.
• Ensure compliance with standards and modify programs as needed.
• Support special education programming and PAR Case Conferences as assigned by the principal.
