National Heritage Academies (NHA) seeks a Dean to lead schools toward high-quality learning and student success. The role centers on developing teacher capacity, modeling instructional frameworks, and building collaborative teams to improve outcomes.

The Dean will coach teachers, manage evaluations, analyze data, and promote school-wide procedures. Travel to campuses is occasional, with leadership responsibilities across wings and grades.

Formación

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Education or related field and school administrator licensure if required by state.
• Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience plus prior school leadership experience as an instructional coach, assistant principal, or similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, support, and maintain a safe, engaging culture focused on student learning.
• Model and implement the Classroom Framework of Instructional Practice.
• Coach teachers toward instructional mastery with differentiated support.
• Analyze student and classroom data to drive instruction and growth.
• Lead wing PLC meetings and participate in recruitment and onboarding for direct reports.
