The role emphasizes supervising teacher development, evaluating staff, and ensuring adherence to school-wide procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop, support, and maintain a safe, engaging culture focused on student learning.
• Model and lead the Classroom Framework of Instructional Practice.
• Build relationships with teachers and support professional growth.
• Coach teachers to instructional mastery with differentiated support.
• Manage teacher accountability for college readiness through development activities.
• Analyze student and class data to drive instruction and growth.
• Promote school procedures and parent engagement.
• Participate in recruitment and onboarding for direct reports.
• Conduct annual evaluations.
• Lead wing PLC meetings using data and state standards.
• Occasional travel.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
