Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and valid Texas teaching certificate.
• Sign Language skills at SCPI ADVANCED level at hire.
• Possess or obtain Texas certification in DHH or special education.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with students, parents, and staff to develop IEPs through ARD.
• Implements instructional, therapeutic, or skill development programs.
• Monitors progress and prepares reports on IEP outcomes.
• Uses technology to support teaching and learning.
• Manages student behavior per code of conduct.
