Position: Elementary Classroom Teacher

All Saints Academy, a PK3- Grade 8 school in Parsippany, NJ, is seeking a full-time K-5 Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year.

Essential Functions

• Supports and upholds Gospel values and the philosophy of Catholic education.
• Supports the Catholic Mission of the school by aligning speech, actions, and instruction with the teachings of the Catholic Church.
• Leads daily prayer, teaches Religion lessons, and participates in liturgies.
• Develops lessons based on the Diocese of Paterson elementary curriculum standards.
• Creates a safe classroom environment conducive to individual and small group instruction.
• Assesses student learning regularly, adapts teaching methods accordingly, and administers NWEA MAP tests to inform instruction.
• Engages in ongoing professional development through seminars, workshops, or meetings.
• Maintains accurate records of student achievement, attendance, and activities.
• Encourages parental involvement and maintains effective communication with families.
• Ensures student behavior aligns with school and Diocesan policies and standards.
• Collaborates with colleagues to evaluate and improve student learning and participates in faculty activities.
• Models behaviors that promote high expectations for all.
