• Performs tasks to achieve instructional and behavioral objectives.
• Monitors students and intervenes when needed.
• Adapts activities to reinforce objectives.
• Communicates student needs to ensure proper support.
• Operates classroom equipment (computers, printers, laminators).
• Enforces school rules and policies.
