Qualifications

• Strong classroom management and planning skills.
• Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal relations.
• Ability to align curriculum and assessments with state standards.
• Ability to support programs to increase student achievement.
• Ability to collaborate and lead within a team.

Responsibilities

• Instruct students in large, small, and one-on-one settings.
• Develop, plan, prepare, and implement course content and lesson plans.
• Administer, edit, proofread, and grade assignments.
• Design assessment tasks and use data for feedback.
• Create a classroom environment that supports instruction and behavior.
• Monitor student growth and maintain progress documentation.
• Communicate progress and needs to parents and staff.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to improve outcomes.
• Participate in meetings, conferences, and professional activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
