Responsibilities
Develop and administer school elementary curriculum consistent with Archdiocesan goals.
Promote a classroom environment that is safe and conducive to learning.
Conduct ongoing assessment of student learning and modify instruction as needed.
Encourage parental involvement in students' education and ensure effective communication.
Coordinate with other staff members to evaluate and assess curriculum.
Skills
Knowledge of current teaching methods and educational pedagogy
Ability to communicate effectively with students and parents
