• Translates lesson plans into learning experiences so as to best utilize instructional time.
• Conducts ongoing assessment and modifies instruction to meet student needs.
• Maintains accurate records, grades and attendance for all student activities.
• Encourages parental involvement and effective communication with students and parents.
• Ensures student conduct conforms to school policies and maintains a productive learning environment.
