Job summary

Qualifications

• RI Certificate and Elementary 1-6 certification required.
• Dual certification in elementary general and special education preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Covering classes for teachers who are absent or released for professional development and/or team meetings
• Supporting teachers in the provision and documentation of interventions to include direct intervention, assessment, and progress monitoring
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the principal

Skills

Strong oral and written communication

Knowledge of teacher as coach

Knowledge of services to English Learn

Education

RI Certificate Required, Elementary 1-6 certification
