Job summary

SustainED Leaders is seeking an Elementary Bilingual Instructional Manager to lead coaching and training for HQIM adoption across Houston-area districts. The role supports teachers and leaders with side-by-side coaching, PD design, and data-driven teaching improvements.

You will travel to partner sites and work from a field-based home-office setup. Two years of teaching and two years in leadership, plus experience coaching teachers, are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of teaching experience and at least two years in a leadership role.
• Experience coaching and developing teachers to accelerate learning for all students.
• Deep understanding of HQIM and high-quality instructional materials.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular in-person coaching visits with teachers and campus leaders.
• Design and deliver PD sessions (in-person or virtual) for leaders.
• Review data and student work to monitor learning progress.
• Develop and refine coaching tools and frameworks for daily use.
• Build partnerships with school leaders and SustainED Leaders team.
• Evaluate program effectiveness using collected data.
