Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous education and experience as a Behavior Tech/RBT.
• MANDT or Right Response Training or able to complete District-provided MANDT training within the first year.
• Experience working with children and youth with disabilities; training with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional support focused on behavior, social and adaptive skills.
• Supervise and direct activities and academics; data collection and analysis.
• Coordinate with teachers and specialists on behavior interventions.
• Provide professional development to staff on Special Education topics.
• Perform non-violent crisis interventions and ensure behavior plans are followed.
