Job summary

Child Guidance Resource Centers is hiring an Elementary Education Services Behavior Consultant to support students with pro-social development within CGRC’s Elementary Education Services Program.

You will conduct assessments, participate in IEP meetings, and coordinate behavior plans across classrooms while using EHR to access records and track progress. The role emphasizes collaboration with school staff, families, and a multidisciplinary team to improve student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience assessing students and guiding behavior plans.
• Ability to review IEPs and treatment documentation.

• Crisis intervention and de-escalation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing student assessments with observations and data collection.
