The position is part of the Community & Scholar Affairs department with a non-exempt status, wage range $21.41–$30.90 per hour, and starting date to be determined.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree required.
• Experience in education, criminal justice, social work and/or human services.
• Experience working with at-risk scholars and families.
• Ability to function effectively as part of a professional team.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of MTSS and ability to support urban scholars.

Aufgaben

• Assist with enrollment, reinstatement, placement, and truancy/attendance concerns.
• Collaborate with scholars, families, teachers and staff to plan interventions.
• Visit identified scholars to identify options and resolve problems.
• Support scholars to stay engaged in learning and reach educational goals.
• Monitor attendance data and assist with data-driven decisions.
