Qualifications

• Master’s degree in guidance counseling.
• Valid Texas counseling certificate or an out‑of‑state counseling certificate.
• Knowledge of counseling procedures, student appraisal and career development.

Responsibilities

• Work with faculty, staff, at-risk students, parents, and community.
• Teach guidance-related curriculum and assist in education plans.
• Counsel individual students and groups with needs and concerns.
