• Ability to work with diverse cultural backgrounds and communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead instructional program in collaboration with the principal to promote student success.
• Foster school/community relations and support district initiatives.
• Recruit, select, and develop staff using fair, inclusive processes.
• Evaluate professional practice and provide coaching and feedback.
• Lead professional learning aligned to school improvement priorities.
• Use data to inform instruction and monitor progress toward goals.
