Qualifications

• Strong instructional orientation with focus on instructional time and evidence-based practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the principal, staff, students, families, and the community.
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and continuous improvement of educational programming.
• Knowledge of Special Education, EL, TAG, and At-Risk programming.
• Experience as a team leader or in a leadership role is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Serve as instructional leader in partnership with the principal to promote student success.
• Support staff development, observations, and coaching aligned to the district vision.
• Collaborate on school improvement plans and alignment with district initiatives.
• Foster strong school/community relationships and positive learning environments.
• Ensure implementation of RtI/PBIS frameworks and compliance with licensure.
