The Lattice School, operated by Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), is hiring an Assistant Teacher (Elementary) to support a small group of students and the teacher.

You will reinforce curriculum, monitor behavior, and track progress while communicating with parents and supporting a positive learning environment. • High School Diploma required.
• Experience working with youth preferred.
• Ability to work with a small group of students and collaborate with teachers.

Responsibilities

• Reinforce learning by assigning tasks and providing one-on-one support.
• Assist the teacher with large group activities and supervise testing.
• Utilize behavior support and intervention strategies.
• Implement de‑escalation techniques and safe student handling when needed.
• Document student progress and communicate with parents.
• Supervise students and ensure safe movement within the school.
