The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in music education, teaching certification, and experience with children, along with strong classroom management and communication skills.

• Valid teaching certification or actively pursuing certification/licensure.
• Experience working with children in a classroom setting.
• Fluency in piano preferred but not required.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in music education or related field

● Valid teaching certification or be actively pursuing certification/licensure

● Experience working with children in a classroom setting

● Strong classroom management, communication skills and curriculum development skills

● Willingness to support the mission and values of a Catholic educational institution

● Fluency in piano preferred but not required

● Should be willing to discuss extra curricular activities such as middle school choir and participation in a spring musical
