AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is seeking an Elementary Site Director to lead our before- and after-school program at Jeffco-area elementary schools.

You will manage daily operations, supervise staff, ensure safety and licensing compliance, and foster a high-quality, engaging student and family experience in a structured, high-energy environment.

This role requires strong leadership, reliability, and a commitment to child safety in a collaborative educational setting.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• 3+ years in a school-age program or teaching setting preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervision experience.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must meet Colorado licensing requirements (21+, with approved education/experience paths).

• Manage day-to-day site operations: schedules, ratios, staffing, and documentation.
• Oversee curriculum implementation and ensure activities meet program expectations.
• Build a safe and inclusive environment aligned with licensing requirements and AlphaBEST standards.
• Make child safety the top priority at all times.
• Maintain licensing compliance, documentation, and readiness for inspections.
• Track and manage site resources, attendance, and food program requirements.
• Supervise and mentor your site team, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring training requirements are met.
• Represent AlphaBEST with professionalism at school and community events.
• Build strong relationships with families, school staff, and AlphaBEST leadership to support student success.
