The Principal will recruit and supervise teachers and administrators, develop schedules, ensure compliance, and collaborate with Drew’s broader leadership to implement the strategic plan across the academy.

Formación

• Requires Leadership/Administrator’s License and Georgia teaching licensure.
• Project-based learning experience preferred; strong teaching background.
• Administrative experience such as assistant principal or dean of students is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership for the school’s educational program and administer all aspects of the academy.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategic plans and policies.
• Recruit, hire, and evaluate staff; support their professional growth.
• Develop master schedules and instructional timetables.
• Ensure compliance with laws and school requirements across the district.
• Coordinate budgets and daily school operations.
• Lead cross-academy collaboration to align with Drew’s strategic priorities.
