Qualifications

• Master's degree in educational administration or Texas principal certificate.
• Advanced Education Leadership (AEL) certification or equivalents.
• T-TESS certification and ILT/ILD coursework.
• Two years classroom teaching experience required; 3+ years in instructional leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor instructional processes to ensure program outcomes and adjust as needed.
• Provide instructional resources to meet goals and improve student achievement.
• Set clear staff performance expectations for instruction, management, and communication.
• Foster teamwork and involve staff in decision-making processes.
• Engage campus and community stakeholders in planning and evaluation.
