  • Bachelor’s degree; Master’s Degree in Education preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years teaching experience.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • Willingness to attend training (In-District and Out-of-District).
  • Excellent leadership skills and willingness to plan staff development.
  • Proficient in technology skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist and support district/school personnel in designing and aligning standards-based curricula, instructional methodologies, and assessments.
  • Provide professional development and lead PLCs to drive school improvement.
  • Collaborate with teachers to identify instructional needs and implement best practices to raise student achievement.
