Job summary

Current North Carolina Teacher Licensure.
Bachelor’s degree; Master’s Degree in Education preferred.
Minimum of 5 years teaching experience.
Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
Willingness to attend training (In-District and Out-of-District).
Excellent leadership skills and willingness to plan staff development.
Proficient in technology skills.

Responsibilities

Assist and support district/school personnel in designing and aligning standards-based curricula, instructional methodologies, and assessments.
Provide professional development and lead PLCs to drive school improvement.
Collaborate with teachers to identify instructional needs and implement best practices to raise student achievement.
