Job summary

Villa Montessori School in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a full-time Assistant Teacher for Elementary I (ages 6 to 9) for the 2026/2027 school year. Hours are 7:45am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, totaling 35-40 hours per week. The assistant will support the lead teacher and help run daily activities and lessons in the classroom.

The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, professional, and passionate about working with children. Montessori classroom experience is a plus but not required.
