Responsibilities

• Prepare parts by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure coating adhesion.
• Set up and operate powder coating equipment; adjust flow and pattern for uniform coverage.
• Monitor ovens and curing parameters to achieve ideal finishes.
• Inspect finished parts for defects and verify specs.
• Maintain a safe, tidy work area and follow established procedures.
• Collaborate with team and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Troubleshoot line issues and perform routine upkeep.
