Nelson Global Products Inc. in Black River Falls, WI is seeking a Paint System Operator to run and maintain our Electrostatic paint, Pump Paint System, Wash System, Ovens and Pressure Pot lines.

You will follow job specifications, record paint usage, and ensure safety and quality during daily production. The role requires 1-2 years of related experience, a solid understanding of paint systems, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar painting/production role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of paint systems, application and specifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mix paint per job, safety and customer specification.
• Maintain records of application and usage of paint, viscosity and thickness.
• Start up, operate, and shut down Electrostatic paint system and related equipment.
• Apply paint per specifications—wet and dry.
• Train operators and promote quality workmanship.
