Job summary

Avispa Technology in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Plating Operator 2 for the Day Shift to prepare, process, and inspect precision parts in an automated electroplating operation. This is a 40-hour week, 24-month assignment with hourly pay of $23/hr onsite.

You will load parts, select recipes, monitor plating, and inspect finished parts for defects, ensuring cosmetic quality and adherence to process specifications.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of plating or metrology experience.
• Experience in cosmetic inspection and handling delicate parts.
• Ability to read prints and GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Prepare parts and process for electroplating.
• Load parts into automated plating system and run recipes.
• Inspect plated parts for defects using established criteria.
