Responsibilities

• Learn the Samtec electroplating process.
• Perform analytical procedures including UV-Vis and ICP-OES to monitor baths.
• Complete post-plating quality checks such as gold usage and porosity analyses.
• Investigate customer and internal quality problems.
• Record and update plating process parameters in Samtec systems.
• Assist in laboratory and plating process improvement projects.
• Run electrochemical experiments and support R&D on new plating methods.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
