Qualifications

• Certification of Washington State radiologic technologist or cardiovascular invasive specialist.
• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Radiologic Technologist RT(R).
• Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) registry or commitment to obtain within six months of employment.
• Current BLS and ACLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• You will perform direct patient care activities under the direction of the Registered Nurse.
• You will maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment in the assigned procedure room.
• You will assist the Registered Nurses in providing patient care as needed.
• You will perform required Cath and Electrophysiology Lab specific documentation assuring that it is reflective of patient needs, and actions taken.
• You will assemble, disassemble, and operate specialty equipment.
• You will assist physicians in administering contrast media.
