Job summary

The Aultman Health Foundation is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Electrophysiology Lab at the Bedford building to provide direct, primary nursing care and support EP procedures. The RN will scrub, circulate, document, and coordinate care with the EP team, ensuring patient safety and high-quality outcomes.

Requirements include a BSN preferred, current Ohio RN licensure, BLS with RQI training, and ACLS as applicable.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current, active RN licensure through the Ohio Board of Nursing.
• AHA BLS with Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) training is required.
• Certification preferred for RNs meeting applicable eligibility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Scrub, circulate, and document EP procedures such as cryoablation, RF ablation, PFA, pacer/ICD/CRT implants.
• Assist in prep/recovery for EP procedures and stock EP rooms as needed.
• Maintain patient charts, accurate documentation, and effective communication with the care team.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure patient safety and care quality.
• Uphold professional standards, confidentiality, and adherence to hospital policies.
