Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center's Electrophysiology Clinic is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for outpatient arrhythmia care. The role emphasizes clinical mastery, patient education, and coordination of care in a fast-paced EP environment.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN or equivalent, with 2+ years of clinical experience and EP/device exposure, plus active RN licensure in the practice state. BLS, CPR, and ACLS certifications are required.

Qualifications

• BSN or equivalent.
• 2+ years clinical experience, with at least one-year current experience in EP/Device clinic or 5+ years of cardiovascular experience.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• Proficient in interpretation of EKG/cardiac rhythms/ arrhythmias.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• CPR certification required upon hire or within 60 days of hire.
• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification.

Responsibilities

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Travel required weekly to other clinics as far north as Good Hope Rd. in Milwaukee or as far south as Racine. Mileage reimbursed.
• As a skilled and compassionate RN, provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
