Job summary

Mymlc in Saint Joseph, MO is seeking a Cardiovascular Technologist to assist in cardiovascular procedures and maintain optimal patient care. The role involves direct patient interaction and requires successful completion of ARRT, RCIS, EMT, LPN or RN. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required. Ideal candidates will have a strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and cardiovascular equipment, along with at least 2 years of experience in a Cath Lab or related field.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of experience in Cath Lab, OR, or Special Procedures.
• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) preferred upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist provider with cardiovascular procedures to achieve optimal patient care.
• Maintains and monitors aseptic technique to reduce risk of infection.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to achieve patient outcomes.
