MUSC Health is seeking a compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join the Electrophysiology team at MUSC Health Heart & Vascular in Columbia, SC. You will work across outpatient, inpatient, and procedural settings with EP physicians and a multidisciplinary team to diagnose, treat, and manage cardiac rhythm disorders.

Qualifications

• Advanced Practice Provider with NP/PA training and cardiology experience, EP preferred but not required.
• BLS and ACLS certification required for adult inpatient positions.
• Licensure: DHEC and DEA applications should be started before first day.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities are essential.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with cardiac arrhythmias in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, obtain histories, and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Conduct new patient consultations and follow-ups for electrophysiology patients.
• Manage pacemakers, ICDs, CRT devices, and other EP therapies.
• Coordinate pre/post-procedure care for EP studies, ablations, and device implantations.
• Interpreting ambulatory monitoring data and adjusting care per guidelines.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, procedures, and lifestyle changes.
