MUSC Health Heart & Vascular Columbia is seeking a BC/BE Cardiac Electrophysiologist to join our academic-affiliated cardiovascular team. You will work with three electrophysiologists equipped with cutting-edge technology, robust staffing, and a diverse patient population in Columbia, SC.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease and Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology.
• Completion of An ACGME Accredited Internal Medicine Residency Program.
• Completion of an ACGME Accredited Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship Program and Electrophysiology Fellowship Program.
• Hold an unrestricted South Carolina Medical License.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat cardiac arrhythmias using advanced electrophysiological techniques.
• Perform procedures such as catheter ablation, pacemaker and ICD implantation, and device management.
• Participate in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide inpatient and outpatient consultations and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with a team of cardiovascular specialists in an academic-affiliated environment.
