Job summary

Spirit Electronics, a veteran- and woman-owned value-added supplier, seeks a Warehouse Associate for on-site operations in Phoenix. You will manage inventory, process orders, inspect components, and maintain safety standards in a climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities include receiving shipments, logging items, picking and packing, and collaborating with Quality and other departments to ensure accuracy and compliance with MIL-STD requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse operations
• Experience in electronics or aerospace preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Familiarity with ESD and FOD controls and safety procedures
• Proficiency with computers for data entry and record-keeping

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and verify incoming shipments and log items into the system
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy
• Perform detailed inspections to meet company, customer, and industry requirements
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Conduct cycle counts and assist inventory reconciliation processes
• Follow established handling procedures for sensitive components and ESD controls
• Assist with loading/unloading delivery vehicles as needed
• Collaborate with Quality to ensure stored and shipped items meet standards
