Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 4 years of warehouse experience with electronic equipment.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain CBP background investigation.
• Successful completion of background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain inventory and shipping/receiving reports for management.
• Authorize or reject shipments and resolve discrepancies.
• Package, ship, and receive equipment, parts, and supplies.
• Maintain inventory of packing/shipping supplies.
• Perform data entry into the Maintenance and Inventory Management System.
• Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets to track inventory.
• Track status follow-up for overnight shipments.
• Inspect materials and log entries upon receipt per procedures.
• Keep warehouse organized, clean, and safe.
• Stock parts and supplies and conduct inventories.
• Perform quality checks on Work Order information before shipping repaired equipment.
• Perform general heavy lifting and movement of equipment.
• Be certified to operate a forklift.
• Adhere to safety and security processes and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned
