Job summary

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 years of experience in hardware design, testing or validation.
• Experience in aerospace, defence, or industrial environments preferred.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and BOMs.

Responsibilities

• Develop clear test procedures, reports, and work instructions.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and BOMs.
• Collaborate with design, test, manufacturing, and supply chain teams.
• Support root cause analysis of hardware and test issues and propose corrective actions.
• Coordinate with test lab personnel to define test requirements and ensure safe, design-aligned setups.
