Redwire Defense Tech is seeking an Electronics Test Technician in San Luis Obispo, CA to verify product conformance to specifications and assist with calibration and configuration. The role supports engineering and quality teams, trains others, and upholds stringent safety and process standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow schematics, drawings, and procedures.
• Windows PC competency for word processing and spreadsheets.
• Strong attention to detail and hands-on aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Follows shop safety requirements and policies.
• In-process configuration, calibration, and verification on equipment.
• Performs functional and mechanical checkouts as needed.
• Completes production paperwork with accuracy.
• Supports Engineering and Test development efforts.
• Supports improvement of test equipment and procedures.
• Communicates challenges with management and teammates.
• Develops and trains other team members.
