Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an Electronics Technician III to perform product and reliability testing in a fully onsite electronics lab. The role involves setting up tests, collecting data, and delivering actionable results to support product development and improvements.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree in a related technical field, 5+ years of testing experience, strong lab safety discipline, and proficiency with electrical measurement and data acquisition equipment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in a related technical field.
• 5+ years in electrical/electromechanical product testing.
• Safety-focused with strong lab practices.
• Experience with electrical measurement and data acquisition equipment.
• Ability to read schematics and PCB layouts.
• Proficiency soldering through-hole and surface-mount components.

Responsibilities

• Set up and conduct product performance, reliability, and validation tests.
• Record data accurately, analyze results, and document conclusions.
• Support HALT/HASS testing and environmental testing when applicable.
• Troubleshoot test setups, communicate anomalies to engineers.
• Assemble, modify, and repair PCBs and test fixtures.
• Prepare test summaries, reports, and presentations.
