You will verify fixtures, load programs, perform changeovers, and troubleshoot routine issues to maintain efficient production.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing test operations with bed-of-nails and flying probe systems.
• Assist with loading and verifying test fixtures, programs, and configurations.
• Perform product changeovers and ensure test equipment readiness for production.
• Troubleshoot routine test equipment and test process issues; escalate complex concerns as needed.
• Investigate circuit board defects to identify root cause.
• Assist engineers with test system setup, validation, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
• Collect and document test system performance, maintenance, and production data.
• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and manufacturing personnel to minimize downtime.
