Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an Electronics Technician in Setauket, NY to support testing, troubleshooting, repair, and assembly of electronic products in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires 3 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and offers a competitive salary with full benefits. Shift is First, 8 AM to 4 PM. On-site position with Randstad USA providing a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and more.

Qualifications

• Hands-on electronic testing and troubleshooting expertise required.
• Read and follow schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
• Ability to diagnose using measurement tools and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing and troubleshooting of electronic components, assemblies, and finished products
• Read and follow schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical instructions
• Use multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other testing tools to diagnose issues
• Complete soldering, wiring, cable work, and assembly tasks as needed
• Support rework, repair, and validation of electronic products
• Document testing results and report any failures or product issues
• Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve technical problems
• Maintain accuracy and quality while handling small parts and assemblies
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and aligned with safety standards
• Support overall production goals in a fast-paced technical environment
