Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent practical experience in electronics or related field.
• 2+ years electronics testing experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to interpret schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with electronic test equipment (DMM, oscilloscope, power supplies, function generators).
• Strong troubleshooting for electronic assemblies.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
• Ability to work the 2nd shift (3 PM – 11 PM).
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional and diagnostic tests on electronic components, sub-assemblies, and finished products using test equipment.
• Perform visual inspections for defects and proper assembly.
• Interpret and follow test procedures, schematics, and blueprints.
• Document test results with pass/fail status and anomalies.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose failures to component level.
• Identify recurring issues and report to engineering and quality teams.
• Calibrate and maintain test equipment for accuracy.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to improve test processes.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
