CE, an independent subsidiary of HME, seeks a Test-Repair Tech I in Earth City, MO. You will repair and process repair/exchange orders, determine failures, and prepare estimates for customer approval.

Requires 1+ year electronics experience; technical schooling or electronics certificate preferred; strong soldering skills; ability to read drawings, use hand tools and test equipment; good communication and judgment; travel 0%.

Qualifications

• 1+ years electronics experience.
• Technical school or certificate in electronics preferred.
• Good soldering skills and ability to read drawings.
• Ability to use common hand tools and test equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills and good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Repair and process repair/exchange orders for all assigned product.
• Determine equipment failure and prepare estimate and route repair order for customer approval.
• Complete repair on equipment to factory specifications, including component-level troubleshooting.
• Complete repair order paperwork per company policy in a timely manner.
• Provide self-QC on repaired items to ensure high quality.
• Process priority repairs and exchanges to ensure timely shipment.
• Maintain assigned test equipment and keep work area clean and safe.
