• Good soldering skills and ability to read drawings.

Responsibilities

• Repair and process repair/exchange orders for all assigned product using detailed instructions as appropriate.
• Determine equipment failure and compare findings with customer complaint; prepare an estimate and route repair order for customer approval.
• Complete repair on the equipment, including component-level troubleshooting and realignment to factory specs.
• Complete repair order paperwork and process repairs per company policy in a timely manner.
• Provide self-QC on repaired items to ensure quality products and services.
• Process priority repairs and exchanges to ensure timely shipment.
• Maintain assigned test equipment and keep the workspace clean and safe.
