Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in IT, Electronics, or CS preferred.
• 1–2 years in manufacturing/electronics/IT tech preferred, entry-level accepted.

Responsibilities

• Execute standardized tests using diagnostic software on Windows or Linux.
• Configure test environments and log server configurations and serial numbers.
• Perform visual inspection and board prep to spot hardware defects.
• Escalate issues to test engineers or rework teams as needed.
• Record test yields, observations and component tracking in the system.
• Maintain clean, organized testing stations following ESD guidelines.
• Assist with unpacking, labeling, packaging and basic asset movement.
