Job summary

Neptune Technology Group Inc. is seeking a Test Engineering Technician to maintain and troubleshoot test equipment, software, and procedures for high-volume production of industrial and consumer goods.

The role involves supporting test plans, fixture assembly, calibration, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize manufacturing quality and efficiency. Ideal candidates have an Associate Degree in electronics or related field (or equivalent military training) and 3+ years of technician

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent military training required.
• 3+ years technician experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Soldering/desoldering and use of electronic test equipment required.
• Some programming proficiency (LabVIEW preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot test equipment, software, and procedures for high-volume production.
• Assist with test plan execution on products, methods, and equipment.
• Assemble test fixtures and troubleshoot components to implement solutions.
• Interpret schematics, perform tests, and conduct complex troubleshooting and repair of electronics.
• Oversee calibration of hardware and manage spare parts for test equipment.
• Collaborate with design, process, quality, and production teams to improve quality and efficiency.
