Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Associates degree in Electronics Technologies or Equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience working with the test, calibration and/or repair of electronic assemblies or devices.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional testing, calibration, and repair of assemblies and sub-assemblies submitted to the department.
• Verify that the assemblies and sub-assemblies are tested and calibrated to the latest engineering specifications by using the latest revision test procedures, schematics, and assembly prints.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair defective assemblies or sub-assemblies down to the component level and perform the rework to current quality standards.
• Collect and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and verify corrective actions.
• Assist in design, assembly, and repair of test fixtures and new procedures.
• Provide technical support to other areas to help meet production and shipment schedules.
