Job summary

SRC Technologies Group is seeking a hands-on Electronics Engineer to join a small, high-talent-density team in Springfield, MO. You will own evaluation, design test systems for validation and remanufacturing, and develop processes to take products from concept through production.

The role emphasizes solving complex technical problems, collaboration with customers and suppliers, and driving continuous improvement in manufacturing capabilities, including AI-enabled electronics recovery initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires strong hands-on electronics experience across PCBAs, sensors, motors, and ECUs.
• Proven ability to solve complex technical problems in manufacturing or product engineering.
• Familiarity with CAN, Ethernet, and Modbus communication protocols.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own technical evaluation and engineering strategy for a wide range of electronic products
• Design and implement test systems for validation and remanufacturing
• Develop processes to take products from concept through production
• Lead root cause analysis and drive product/process improvement
• Interface with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to execute projects
• Support new SMT line development and manufacturing integration
