Job summary

Cross Resource Group is seeking an experienced Electronics Technician to assist with fabrication, assembly, testing, and installation of electronic components, wiring, and cable assemblies. You will read engineering drawings and schematics to support shop and field activities.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of electronics experience, are proficient with basic hand tools, and can multitask while communicating effectively in a team. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 5–10 years of related electronics experience.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and engineering drawings.
• Proficient with basic hand tools.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and test electronic components and cable assemblies.
• Perform mechanical placement of electronic components.
• Assemble wiring and cable harnesses.
• Provide field installation and testing support as needed.
• Read and interpret detailed schematics, engineering drawings, and work procedures.
• Use basic hand tools to complete assembly and testing tasks.
