Job summary

Surge Staffing is seeking an Electronics Technician to join our production team in Lynchburg, Ohio. You will develop and document test processes for electronic assemblies, inspect components with color vision, and support manufacturing with accurate testing and troubleshooting.

You will use meters, oscilloscopes and power supplies, perform minor soldering, and document results to ensure quality and efficiency on the line. Excellent time management and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

Develop and document test processes for electronic assemblies.
Excellent time management and ability to meet production deadlines.
Good eyesight and color vision to clearly inspect components.
Strong listening and communication skills for teamwork.
Ability to provide support to production staff and troubleshoot minor issues.

Responsibilities

Develop and document test processes for electronic assemblies.
Provide support to production staff and troubleshoot electro-mechanical assemblies.
Design and document minor electronics and cable assemblies.
Use meters, oscilloscopes and power supplies for testing.
Perform minor soldering and repairs.
Troubleshoot components to the module level.
All other duties as assigned.
